Win Thin & Associates ( WTA )

Win Thin & Associates was first established as Win Thin and Co., on July 1, 1958 by (Mr.) U Win Thin, B.Com, B.L., R.A. Four years later the firm took over all the business practice including the office staff of Mr. S. Sitaram, B.Com, F.C.A., R.A, who was then leaving the country for good. On January 1, 1964, (Mr.) U Shein, R.A, the then patron of Association of Qualified Accountants in the Union of Burma, member of Burma Accountancy Board and ex-member of Income-tax Appellate Tribunal joined the firm and was with it until his demise in 1978. The firm changed its name to Win Thin & Associates (WTA) on April 1, 1993. The firm was formed as a coporate body from April 1,2004 and most senior CPAs were admitted as shareholders.
